Shipping policy

Goldstein's is happy to offer free two-day shipping on all goldsteinsjewelry.com orders shipping to the Continental United States for purchases over $250. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to PO boxes. For orders under $250, we offer a flat rate 2-day shipping fee of $25.

Generally, items ship within 48 hours or two business days. However, we will do our absolute best to ensure that items are shipped the day after the order is placed if placed on a business day. If an item is ordered after 2 pm CST, we will consider the order as received the next business day. Here are some other shipping details you may need to know:

  • In some instances, order and payment processing may take up to 24 hours and may delay shipment.
  • If an item is being altered (sizing, engraving, etc.), shipment may take an additional 2 weeks.

Because your items are valuable, we use FedEx or USPS Priority. Both require a signature for all deliveries. Please do your best to ensure that someone will be able to sign for the delivery when it arrives.
