Items may be returned for refund up to 14 days from purchase date or exchanged up to 30 days from purchase date. Returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and, where applicable, in the original gift box, with all the warranty cards, instruction books, lab reports, etc. intact.

Damaged items, discounted or sale merchandise, and items that have been altered such as sizing or changes to the original design, may not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the name of the purchaser as stated on the receipt. Refunds must be issued according to the original form of payment. Credit card returns will be issued to the credit card used for purchase.

Any checks written must have a hold of 10 days before the refund is issued.

We regret that special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are defined as any non- inventory item that is ordered or custom-made OR any stock item customized or altered at customer request, including ring sizing. All special orders require a deposit of 50% before processing.
