Items may be returned for refund up to 14 days from purchase date or exchanged up to 30 days from purchase date. Returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and, where applicable, in the original gift box, with all the warranty cards, instruction books, lab reports, etc. intact. Damaged items, discounted or sale merchandise, and items that have been altered such as sizing or changes to the original design, may not be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the name of the purchaser as stated on the receipt. Refunds must be issued according to the original form of payment. Credit card returns will be issued to the credit card used for purchase. Any checks written must have a hold of 10 days before the refund is issued.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We regret that special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are defined as any non-inventory item that is ordered or custom-made OR any stock item customized or altered at customer request, including ring sizing. All special orders require a deposit of 50% before processing.
LAYAWAYS
Items may be put on layaway for up to 4 months with a minimum deposit of 20%. Layaway payments are required every 30 days to remain current. If we do not receive payment every 30 days, we reserve the right to return the item to stock. In such cases, a credit may be issued, less a 15% restocking fee. Items on layaway over 30 days are non-refundable.
APPRAISALS
An appraisal will be issued free of charge upon request for any item purchased within the last 3 years. The receipt copy is proof of purchase and can be used for insurance needs depending on the insurance company (consult your agent.)
JEWELRY AND WATCH REPAIRS
Repairs are warranted for one year from date of delivery unless otherwise designated. Only the specific repairs performed are covered. Problems resulting from inherent flaws, abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence or accidental damage are not covered. Some repairs may be designated as non-warrantable. Management reserves the right to determine if a problem is covered by warranty and will choose the course of corrective action. See store for details.
SERVICING AND CLEANING
Cleaning and inspections are performed free of charge and are strongly recommended AT LEAST twice per year. Cleaning and inspection helps prevent stone loss but implies no guarantee.
